Job summary

CAMACO LLC is seeking a production supervisor for the 2nd shift (6pm to 4:30am, Monday–Friday) with potential weekend OT as needed. You will lead a group of production employees to meet quotas and deadlines, coach staff, and maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

You will drive quality, ensure policy adherence, and coordinate with teams to optimize processes. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in automotive manufacturing are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• 4+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 Quality Standards required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of hourly production employees and oversee work activities.
• Ensure productive, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
• Schedule work, assist with staffing, and review performance.
• Maintain open communication between employees and management.
• Compile and analyze production records for efficiency.
• Oversee training schedules and ensure compliance with policies.

2nd Shift: 6pm to 4:30am, Monday - Friday, plus weekend OT as neededResponsible for leading a group of production employees in support of the production activities of the organization under demands of production quotas and deadlines. Manages a group of employees, oversee work activities and engage in various forms of communication and judgment.2. Ensure effective employee relations.3. Provides employee coaching and development.4.
