JOB SUMMARY:

Direct and monitor activities of production personnel and manage resources employed in manufacturing of packaging solutions.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a technical process expert in production, planning, scheduling, maintenance, and budgets;
• Perform administrative duties related to employee performance and training;
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Preferred Skills/Attributes

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Blow or Injection Molding is a plus.
• Understanding of union environments is preferred.
• Drive for continuous improvement.
• Computer skills.

Targeted Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $73,500.00
