We are seeking a Production Supervisor - 1st Shift to oversee and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Manage employee performance, providing feedback and coaching.
• Promote positive communication and employee involvement.
• Collaborate with other departments on quality improvements, cost reductions, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the poultry or food industry.
• Experience managing teams of 20 or more employees.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to make independent decisions and handle multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Availability to work assigned hours, including occasional weekends.

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; college degree in a related field preferred.
