Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and USDA compliance.
• Implement lean manufacturing and 5S principles to optimize processes.
• Establish sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Manage production line, coordinating personnel and resources to meet targets.
• Partner with QA to develop procedures ensuring product quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a production supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, sanitation, and line management.
• Understanding of USDA regulations.
• Experience in refrigerated food processing environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with production management software.
