As the Production Supervisor, you will provide direction and assistance to work group to meet assigned objectives. You will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. You will be required to engage other support teams with clear problem statements and initiate the communication to work the problems.

What YOU must bring to Succeed
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college and 1-3 years of Supervisory and/ or progressive leadership experience; OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 5 years of progressive leadership and/or supervisor experience. Previous experience in production/manufacturing environment is desirable.

Estimate salary range for this role: $63,500 to $93,000 per year and will include a shift differential.ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
