Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and oversee both hands-on maintenance and supervisory duties in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

You will perform equipment troubleshooting, support production, manage attendance and scheduling, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Onsite, day shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certificate in engineering, electrical, mechanical, industrial technology, or related field preferred.
• 3 to 6+ years of maintenance or equipment experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1 to 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and assign work priorities to technology technicians based on production requirements.
• Manage technicians' attendance, scheduling, overtime, and workforce allocation to support operational needs.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development through regular communication and evaluations.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training of new technicians.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Prepare production areas for customer audits by ensuring equipment readiness and visual quality standards.
