Position Overview

This role supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting in the operation of production equipment and processes. The position works closely with production line operators to provide training, guidance, and on-the-job support, while helping to identify and resolve equipment, process, and product-related issues. The role also contributes to shipment preparation and other operational activities to ensure timely delivery of finished products.

Responsibilities

• Support operation of production equipment and processes
• Assist with training and supporting production line operators
• Support troubleshooting of equipment, process, and product-related issues
• Support shipment preparation and related operational activities for finished products
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Analyze OEE for frequency of breakdown and up time for daily production. Reporting on OEE (Micro stop, BM, and yield) (including 50% of time spent on this responsibility)
• Complete daily documentation and audits, as required by position
• Adhere to safety requirements at all times, including the use of proper PPE
• Adhere to general, and position-specific, dress code requirements
• Participate in, and successfully complete, any and all training requirements
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School degree or higher- Majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering (Preferred)
• Language : Fluent in English, Korean preferred

Experience

• No limitation in experience
• (Preferred) Experience with manufacturing equipment or automation systems
• (Preferred) Prior experience in production field

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for a period of up to 12 hours- Safety glasses- Steel-toed shoes
• Must be able to work for a period of up to 12 hours
