Prinsco has an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Production Supervisor on 3rd Shift (11:00PM-7:00AM). This exciting opportunity includes the following duties:

1. Supervise production team members and projects
2. Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to develop our team to its fullest potential
3. Be a safety role model and exercise strong leadership to focus plant efforts on priorities and continuous improvements in the manufacturing process
4. Assist with or supervise changeovers and machine operation

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong influencing skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
