Production Supervisor
Location: Tualatin, OR

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production operations of the business location to ensure that cylinder gas needs of both internal and external customers are satisfied.

What you will be doing (1st/2nd shift):

• Actively contribute to safety culture by ensuring plant operations are conducted safely, conducting incident investigations and safety meetings
• Remain compliant with external regulatory agencies (FDA, DOT, EPA, OSHA, DHS) & company policies
• Manage cylinder gas production based on customer requirements and schedule raw material delivery
• Support distribution of products to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate delivery
• Maintain stocking levels of finished products and raw materials
• Monitor asset usage and recommend inventory adjustments
• Support location security and equipment maintenance
• Complete required reports accurately and timely
• Assist in implementing SOPs and revisions
• Drive productivity and process improvements
• Develop talent through coaching and mentoring
• Motivate team to meet metrics and goals
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What makes you great:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor of Science preferred
• 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Production/distribution experience required; industrial gas experience preferred
• Knowledge of FDA, DOT, OSHA, EPA regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
