The Production Supervisor coaches, trains, supports, and develops a team of flexible, multi-skilled associates in accordance with Cornerstone Building Brands' values, employee covenant, and strategic direction.
The purpose of this position is to support the Production Manager in driving continuous improvement in a small/stable production environment, from procurement to delivery. This role takes a lead in achieving targets for safety, quality, costs, customer service, and associate satisfaction and development within the production team.
