Job summary

Madix, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Terrell, TX to lead manufacturing teams and drive safety, quality and efficiency on the floor.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily production activities, coordinate with teams, monitor performance metrics, and implement improvements to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of lean processes preferred.
• English required; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves results by prioritizing, planning, monitoring, coaching and enforcing procedures.
• Maintains staffing quality through hiring, training and mentoring for maximum performance.
• Provides leadership to improve operating efficiency, equipment performance, safety, quality and productivity.
• Manages workflow by monitoring process steps, controls and reporting procedures.
• Implements production standards and adjusts to meet specifications.
• Attends to deviations noted in audits and creates action plans.
• Reads charts, work orders and schedules to determine production needs.
• Completes admin duties: time/attendance, holiday planning, production reports, back orders, safety issues.
• Supports scheduling, planning and production coordination.
