Job summary

Madix, Inc in Terrell, TX is seeking a Material Data Specialist I to create and maintain material master records, BOMs, and routings in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across projects.

You will review engineering drawings, support across Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Production, Purchasing, and Costing teams with accurate system data, perform routine data cleanup, and assist with documentation and basic reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to follow standardized processes and learn ERP systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• ERP experience preferred; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain material master records, BOMs, and routings in SAP following established standards.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation to ensure data accuracy.
