ABOUT THE JOB:

The Production Supervisor (PS) leads and coaches an in-house team and coordinates with external vendors to ensure on-time, quality readiness. This fast-paced, construction-oriented environment prioritizes safety. The PS ensures responsive and agile operations, with everyone's safety as a top priority.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Safety/Environment

• Ensure compliance with all WillScot Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies.
• Manage employee/vendor health and safety through safety meetings, DuPont STOP, training, observations, and assessments.
• Conduct operating standards, supported by training and communication.

Operations

• Complete work orders effectively; review and report weekly to refine strategies; assess labor efficiency and capacity.
• Conduct timely off-rent inspections; draft accurate work orders; issue damage billing; relocate idle fleet; conduct physical inventories.
• Manage Work Order system; develop strategies to address variances.
• Order, receive, and distribute materials/VAPS; conduct monthly inventory counts.
• Drive first-time quality and reduce errors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma or GED; college degree preferred or industry experience considered.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing; Lean fundamentals preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and SAP invoicing platform.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, cost-effectiveness, and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
