Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager in overseeingdaily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Assist staff in welding, assembly, inventory management, and shipping/receiving as needed.
• Implement and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in welding, assembly, inventory, and shipping/receiving.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
