PrideStaff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading small teams, tracking inventory, and working with welding production.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
2. Assist staff in welding, assembly, inventory management, and shipping/receiving as needed.
3. Implement and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies.
5. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
2. Hands-on experience in welding, assembly, inventory, and shipping/receiving.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
