A leading automotive lighting supplier, located in Hillsboro, NH, is seeking a qualified Production Supervisor for the 1st shift. The successful candidate will supervise manufacturing processes, collaborate with teams to ensure production targets are met, and utilize managerial skills to track performance metrics. Qualifications

We have the following opening available for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor at our Hillsboro, NH, Automotive Lighting facility, the only automotive lighting manufacturing location in NAFTA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision in our department on 1st shift
- Collaborate closely with production personnel, managers, supervisors, and engineers across all 3 shifts to address concerns, resolve issues, and achieve key performance metrics
- Responsible for ensuring daily targets are met using proven managerial techniques
- Accountable for monitoring and tracking all daily production indicators
- Ability to complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team
Who we are looking forWhat we look for:
- An associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline desirable
- Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience with a proven track record of success in a similar production environment is a must
- Strong Knowledge of MS tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong decision-making skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential qualities for this position
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people development skills are essential for this position
