Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to join our healthcare services team in St. Louis, MO.

Schedule: 1:45 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage Production Associates
• Ensure production standards are met
• Oversee production schedule to deliver required products
• Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program aligning with customer requirements
• Manage product control to minimize loss, including:
• Clean return audits
• Load-out management
• Implement and oversee Safety & Health Program, ensuring OSHA compliance
• Maintain high associate approval ratings

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of warehouse or plant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with computer applications; Excel skills a plus
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
