Job Description
Manage the overall activity of production operations during off shifts. Meet or exceed efficiency and corporate quality standards by participating in and directing activities of team members in assigned departments.
Essential Accountabilities:
- Provide EPT Supervision on off shifts (2nd, 3rd, or 1st shift).
- Support and promote ENA Core Values, Safety, and Quality Policy.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures; maintain discipline, consistency, and rules.
- Lead and execute SQCDP performance of the assigned EPTs.
- Ensure working conditions fully comply with Group HSE standards.
- Challenge rigorously any non-conformance.
- Ensure standardized work methods through process confirmation and go, look, see.
- Maintain a permanent presence on the shop-floor to oversee shift handovers, train/coach EPT Team Leaders, monitor plan vs. actual, ensure standards are followed, and escalate issues as needed.
- Communicate with support departments, generate action plans, monitor progress, and escalate recurring problems.
- Coordinate with internal customers and other supervisors to fulfill internal needs.
- Ensure appropriate headcount aligned with efficiency and delivery targets.
- Lead or participate in the Quick Problem Solving (QPS) process to address issues to root cause.
- Ensure proper usage and accuracy of the EPT board.
- Ensure high-quality actions are completed as planned.
- Conduct effective daily EPT Top 5 meetings.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and a healthy dissatisfaction with the status quo.
- Enforce safety policies and promote safety awareness during shifts.
- Maintain a fair and respectful workplace.
- Oversee shift productivity, quality, and scrap reduction efforts.
- Train, mentor, and coach personnel, including Team Leaders and Supervisors.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance resources.
- Facilitate communication with previous and following shifts.
- Support and promote full SAP system utilization.
- Develop production schedules based on forecasts, customer commitments, and capacity analysis.
- Ensure product and process quality compliance with standards.
- Lead and promote a Lean/Sigma continuous improvement culture within the factory.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Secondary Accountabilities:
- Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Support and adhere to all HSE policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards; seek continuous quality improvement.

Requirement Profile:
Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of experience as a shift supervisor/leader.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to teamwork.
Technical Expertise:
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports and projections.
- Proficiency in applying mathematical concepts.
- Ability to read and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Analytical skills to synthesize complex information, research data, and design workflows.
- Business acumen to understand decision impacts.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and manufacturability of products.
- Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, mechanical, automotive, and exhaust systems.
- Understanding of federal and state regulations.
- Project management skills to develop plans, coordinate, and complete projects on time and within budget.
