Responsibilities & Qualifications

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to join our healthcare services team in St. Louis, MO.

Schedule: 1:45pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Production Associates
• Overseeing production standards
• Managing the production schedule to meet delivery requirements
• Establishing and managing a Quality Assurance program that aligns with customer needs
• Managing product control to minimize loss, including clean return audits and load-out management
• Ensuring safety and health compliance with OSHA regulations
• Maintaining high associate approval ratings

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of warehouse or plant management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with PC applications; Excel skills a plus
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
