Production SupervisorAs our Production Supervisor you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all shift activities to optimize quality, efficiency, customer commitment and safety throughout the facility. You will supervise shift personnel and their associated functions, provide leadership, vision and direction to employees, build morale and drive towards the achievement of productions goals and targets. You will help drive performance improvements through the Continuous Improvement / World Class Manufacturing process and implement improvement measures through loss reduction.
This position reports to the Pre-Press & Printing Process Manager.
This position is based in Sikeston, Missouri.
Shift schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off. 12 hours a day (3:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
