• Initiative and adaptability to make sound decisions when plans change, plus comfort using computer-based systems.
• A college degree is welcome but not required when you bring strong, relevant experience.

• Partner with Training, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to remove obstacles and support consistent execution.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives when the pace is high, priorities shift, and the team needs a clear direction. You'll lead roughly 20–50 hourly employees and 1–4 team leads.

In your first 90 days, we'll be looking for the team you build, the systems you learn, and the ownership you show, not just a number on a dashboard.

Location and schedule:

Fully on site in Shreveport, with no travel. Openings include a weekday 4x10 schedule, generally 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday with many Fridays expected from 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., and a weekend schedule of 5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Friday–Sunday.

Compensation:

$70,000–$86,000 base salary, plus a 7.5%–15% annual incentive opportunity tied to company and individual performance. Benefits discussed include 80 hours of PTO and 11 paid holidays.
