Job summary

You will manage schedules (4x10 days, early hours) and use Lean/Six Sigma to improve processes with root-cause analysis. Requires 5+ years in manufacturing leadership; college degree welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in production or manufacturing, not warehouse-only operations.
• Experience leading people, earning trust, giving clear feedback, and maintaining accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma and root-cause analysis to improve how work gets done.
• Initiative and adaptability to make sound decisions when plans change, plus comfort using computer-based systems.
• A college degree is welcome but not required when you bring strong, relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable while creating a cohesive production floor.
• Keep production moving by responding quickly to changing needs and solving problems before they become repeat issues.
• Make safety and quality part of the daily routine, including clear documentation when issues arise.
• Own your team's time and attendance in Paycom and learn the systems that keep our operation running.
• Partner with Training, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to remove obstacles and support consistent execution.
