Precision Edge Surgical Products Company LLC in Sault Ste. Marie, MI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead one manufacturing team, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and coach operators in a fast-paced environment.

The role partners with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance to resolve issues, implement continuous improvement, and maintain a compliant, organized workplace. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience; CNC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• Five or more years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with CNC machining processes and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve goals.
• Oversee daily production to ensure quality, efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
