Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leaders to provide day-to-day HR support across all shifts.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard hourly and salaried employees for machining and manufacturing roles.
• Support staffing for a 24-hour operation with second/third shift coverage.
• Advise supervisors on employee relations, coaching, discipline, and conflict resolution.
• Administer performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain HRIS data and confidential employee records.
• Coordinate leave, benefits enrollment, and workers' compensation claims.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to be our HR site leader of our Angola Indiana facility providing key support and leadership in a fast-paced CNC machining and precision manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and be comfortable supporting a 24/7 operation. This role requires a hands-on HR professional who thrives on the production floor, builds strong relationships with employees and leaders, and is experienced working in a non-union environment.
