Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
• Prior experience leading or coordinating teams in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with a mix of manual operations and automated/semi-automated processes.
• Working knowledge of laser beam welding, TIG welding, and CNC machining (Haas preferred)
• Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements in a medical device environment
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and support production personnel
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
