Job summary

Precision Edge Surgical Products Company LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead one of our manufacturing teams. You will coach staff, manage daily production, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while fostering continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, with a focus on developing people and achieving operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with CNC machining processes.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or related continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.

  • Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve goals.
  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and others to resolve issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and procedures.
  • Support employee training and performance development.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead one of our manufacturing teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer delivery requirements are met.
  • Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Support employee training, performance management, and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with CNC machining processes.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including one or more of the following: Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing Process Capability Statistical Analysis Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze production data and make informed operational decisions.
  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
