Pay range: $80,000-$100,000 per year

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Production Supervisor will ensure safe, efficient, and effective operations by supervising Operational Team Members. Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing daily plant operations to meet safety, quality, and production KPIs.
2. Leading safety programs to ensure employee safety and engagement.
3. Communicating and ensuring compliance with policies, OSHA, EPA, environmental rules, ISO instructions, and company policies, maintaining proper records.
4. Ensuring training and operational procedures are followed.
5. Troubleshooting blending/processing equipment and scheduling preventive maintenance.
6. Managing expenses related to supplies and consumables.
7. Investigating root cause failure analyses and managing incident reports.
8. Driving continuous improvement through 5S, lean, and other programs.
9. Collaborating with corporate change management for formulation updates and leading changes to blending systems.
10. Performing other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Four-year degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related science/engineering field with relevant experience.
• Minimum four years' experience in lubricant or chemical manufacturing.
• Batch manufacturing experience.
• Over 5 years in EHS, preferably with multi-site and management experience.
• Understanding of risk assessment, control methodologies, and auditing practices.
• Knowledge of RCRA, SWPP, SPCC requirements, and management systems like RC14001, ISO45001, or Z10.

What Will Set You Apart

• Three years supervisory experience preferred.
• SAP and DOT experience.
