Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Data-Driven Analysis. This role is critical in executing the production schedule with precision, ensuring compliance with safety and food safety standards, and maintaining product quality—all while optimizing workforce performance.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Production Supervisor collaborates closely with the Plant Manager, Director of Quality, and Safety Manager to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. This role also serves as a Team Coach, developing and executing daily and weekly operational strategies to meet departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and empower team members to perform at their best.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, drive improvements, and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company goals.
• Interpret and apply company policies consistently and fairly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field — or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must obtain certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED within 6 months of hire.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required within 6 months of hire.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ability to implement effective safety protocols.
• Strong understanding of Food Safety and GMP standards.
• Familiarity with employment laws and the ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the application of mathematical concepts in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies in a consistent and legally sound manner.
• Technologically adept with experience using HRIS, WMS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other internal systems.
