Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Sacramento facility. You will supervise 20–25 hourly staff across multiple departments, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while maintaining production schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years in manufacturing supervision, and strong leadership and communication skills to coach and
