Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
Experience leading teams in a production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and workplace safety.
Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and production team members.
