Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in Oshkosh, WI. You will drive production goals, ensure on-time customer commitments, and develop a cohesive team through effective coaching and training.

Collaborating with Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, and Shipping, you will tackle staffing, scheduling, and workflow challenges while promoting safety and inclusion across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Associate degree in Business, Supervision, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, and operational reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and achieve production goals.
• Ensure customer delivery commitments are met.
• Assign employees effectively and coordinate training and development.
• Resolve production, staffing, scheduling, and workflow challenges.
• Promote a safe, fair, and inclusive work environment.
• Communicate regularly with employees and management.
• Partner with Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, and other operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
