Job description

The Judge Group is seeking a bilingual Production Supervisor in the Elgin, IL area.

Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Location

Elgin, IL area

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly production associates, leading by example and fostering trust, dignity, and respect.
• Deliver monthly safety training.
• Visually inspect and approve quality and quantity of workmanship in accordance with established standards and take corrective action where necessary.
• Provide production reports as requested to Senior Factory Management.
• Enforce compliance with production schedule.
• Ensure the next shift starts and operates smoothly.
• Work closely with maintenance to ensure production equipment runs safely and efficiently.
• Continuously improve factory processes and elevate suggestions from production associates.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Spanish.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in high‑speed manufacturing.
• Experience with WMS preferred.
• Open to shift work.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office.
• SAP and LEAN experience are plus.
