Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year

This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee development while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

This position operates on a rotating schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts: 4:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 4:30 PM - 4:30 AM. Employees rotate between days and nights approximately every 3 to 4 months.
