Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the production line, ensuring that schedules are adhered to and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and supervise all production activities, including planning, organizing, and controlling production schedules.
• Monitor performance of production lines, analyzing production data, and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the production team, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
• Handle labor relations in a union setting, including conflict resolution, negotiations, and employee grievances.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
• Participate in budget development and cost tracking activities.
