Job summary

LeoForce in Davenport, IA is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the production line, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and quality. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate schedules, and collaborate across departments to optimize processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires at least 5 years in a supervisory production role, experience with unions is a plus, and strong emphasis on leadership, problem-solving, and safety.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the production line, ensuring that schedules are adhered to and quality standards are met


• Coordinate and supervise all production activities, including planning, organizing, and controlling production schedules


• Monitor performance of production lines, analyzing production data, and implementing improvements as necessary


• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources


• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations


• Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the production team, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration


• Handle labor relations in a union setting, including conflict resolution, negotiations, and employee grievances


• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes


• Participate in budget development and cost tracking activities

What You'll Need:
