You will bridge management and floor, keep schedules on track, optimize workflows, and uphold a safe, efficient environment.

Responsibilities include supervising daily workflow, ensuring quality and on-time delivery, and collaborating with plant management, shipping, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role within metal fabrication, architectural manufacturing, or a related industrial setting.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Clear communication, problem‑solving skills, and track record of motivating teams.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and managing shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations: supervise production workflow and line operators; ensure targets.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between management and the floor—keeping production schedules on track, optimizing workflows, and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment.

What You’ll Do

• Guide & Inspire: Supervise daily workflow for the production team, providing guidance, training, and real‑time troubleshooting.
• Drive Quality & Output: Ensure all fabricated architectural products meet exact specifications, quality control benchmarks, and delivery deadlines.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, reduce material waste, and implement lean manufacturing principles to boost efficiency.
• Safety First: Enforce OSHA standards and internal safety protocols to maintain a clean, risk‑free work environment.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with plant management, shipping, and maintenance teams to keep operations seamless.

Responsibilities

• Daily Line Operations & Scheduling: Overseeing daily workflow, assigning tasks to line operators, monitoring shift targets, and adjusting staffing to prevent bottlenecks.
• Troubleshooting & Immediate Support: Serving as the first point of contact when machinery breaks down, materials run low, or quality issues arise on the floor.
• Quality Control: Ensuring finished products meet quality standards and engineering specifications; performing random audits and halting production if defects appear.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforcing company safety rules, PPE usage, and standard operating procedures (SOPs); conducting daily safety huddles and reporting hazards.
• Training & Onboarding: Training new team members, cross‑training existing staff on different stations, and certifying operators on specific machinery.

The essential functions of this role include
