You’ll supervise a 24/5 production team, own safety/quality/delivery targets, and coordinate with logistics to keep material moving. This role is ideal for a front‑line leader who can develop people, improve processes, and keep lines running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and coach ~15 hourly employees across 24/5 operations; handle hiring, onboarding, training, performance feedback, and recognition.
  • Plan, assign, and direct daily work to meet production schedules and priorities; maintain steady, uninterrupted shift operations.
  • Track output, OEE/throughput, labor hours, and downtime; maintain accurate time and production records.
  • Ensure shipments meet requirements; verify material and paperwork accuracy; coordinate with the logistics hub.
  • Enforce ESD/safety procedures; assist with implementing safeguards, PPE standards, and incident prevention.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues with Maintenance/Engineering; recommend process/equipment changes to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee R&M and special projects for building/grounds as needed.
  • Enter/verify orders and work orders in the production planning/ERP system; communicate status across shifts.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • VantageClear Certification (or equivalent).
  • Proven problem‑solving skills: gather/analyze data, develop options, and drive decisions.
  • Project coordination ability: build plans, manage timelines/budgets, communicate progress, and close actions.
  • Strong customer focus and service mindset that meets commitments and responds promptly to needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); effective in meetings and group settings.
  • Team leadership: delegates effectively, sets clear expectations, monitors results, and recognizes performance.
  • Supervisory fundamentals: coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, confidentiality, and continuous skill development.
Why This Role
