Qualifications

Minimum 5 years related experience with progression to supervisory role.
Experience in a cement plant or heavy industry preferred.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Associates/College Degree.
Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, TIS, SAP, Maximo, Lotus Notes).

Responsibilities

Perform start-up, normal operation, and shutdown of the referenced systems.
Perform equipment inspection, preventative and minor maintenance as well as housekeeping tasks.
Execute quality checks to ensure the mill operates within quality specs and inventory is maintained.
Operates mobile equipment to ensure piles are maintained and the dryer and mills are fed.
Report findings to the Production Coordinator and assist in troubleshooting.

Experience in a cement plant or other heavy industry is highly preferred.
