Job summary

A leading global technology company in the building automation and industrial technology sector seeks a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor in Alabama. You will oversee process and hourly workers, ensure safety programs, and drive ISO-compliant quality and environmental standards across the plant.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 3–5 years in manufacturing operations, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the plant safety program through day-to-day safety contacts with employees
• Supervise process and hourly employees and work closely with lab technicians
• Ensure that quality and environmental ISO standards are met
• Take corrective action as necessary and report and recommend solutions for production problem areas
• Assure the regular inspection and evaluation of all operating equipment to help maintain production requirements
