Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting for a leadership role in a global building automation and industrial technology company with a history of 100+ years and a large portfolio across multiple business areas.

The position requires oversight of maintenance operations within heavy industry, including cement-related processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience with progression of increased responsibility, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a cement plant or other heavy industry is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, normal operation, and shutdown of the referenced systems.
• Inspect equipment, perform preventive and minor maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Execute quality checks to ensure the mill operates to quality specifications.
• Operate mobile equipment to maintain piles and feed the dryer and mills.
• Initiate daily activities of Granulation, dryer, and finish mills to meet plant demands.

Qualifications
