Job summary

Unknown Client seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, coordinate resources, and ensure safety and policy compliance. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on optimizing workforce operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of experience directly related to the duties.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversight, coordination, and planning of daily production activities.
• Makes recommendations for workforce planning and training.
• Supervises, coordinates, and monitors plant activities.
• Investigates abnormal operating events or equipment failures.
