Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking a Production Supervisor in the US Midwest. Lead and coach a production team to meet safety, quality, and output goals, while maintaining a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing, familiarity with TPS and IATF-16949, and strong leadership. Automotive experience is preferred; TPS knowledge is a plus, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Your Impact as Production Supervisor – Salary up to $80,000 + Benefits & Paid Relocation:
