Our client, a leading automotive powertrain manufacturer, is seeking a Production Supervisor (Production Unit Leader) to join their team in Trenton, MI. You will lead a team of about 80 employees in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment and partner with plant leadership to meet production, quality and safety goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong ability to lead teams, coach employees, and drive accountability.
• Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to work 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 12:30 AM) and overtime as needed.
