Job Overview
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for developing continual product and process improvement techniques in raw material refining, manufacturing, and packaging. The supervisor will lead and manage the work cell crew to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety measures. Additional duties include supporting work order closures, performing root cause analysis, and maintaining production metrics. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, experience in lean manufacturing, and strong communication and leadership skills.
