Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor for 2nd shift (1:00pm–10:30pm). You will direct and coach operators, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across packaging lines while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Prior leadership, lean manufacturing knowledge, and SAP/Office skills are required. The role offers full-time hours with benefits and opportunities to influence site performance and teammate development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred or relevant work experience.
  • Previous people management experience in a leadership role required.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices, Kaizen, TPM, or other Continuous Improvement methods.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coach production operators in daily/weekly production schedules across multiple packaging lines.
  • Manage within labor and operating expense budgets.
  • Coordinate beverage packaging ensuring safety, quality and productivity while minimizing waste.
  • Meet productivity, quality, safety, health, environmental and morale goals for the site.
  • Complete and update all production paperwork and records.

Manufacturing Production Supervisor

This is a full time position on 2nd shift working 1:00pm to 10:30pm. Flexibility for additional coverage outside of these hours, including potential weekends and/or holidays, is also required as needed.

Position Responsibilities
  • Direct and coach production operators in the execution of daily/weekly production schedules for multiple packaging lines.
  • Manage within labor and operating expense budget.
  • Coordinate beverages packaging ensuring safety, quality and productivity while minimizing waste.
  • Meet the productivity, quality, safety, health, environmental and morale goals established for the site.
  • Complete and update all necessary production paperwork and record.
  • Ensure equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
  • Review and analyze production records to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Make recommendations for long term solutions, including recommendations for replacing equipment, refurbishing equipment, procedural changes, productivity improvement, material change, etc., related to the area of accountability.
  • Drive the continuous improvement agenda in area of responsibility through teamwork, skills and capability development.
  • Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
  • Manage and facilitate employee and management relationship within the guidelines of the labor contract and company policy.

Total Rewards
  • Salary Range: $70,500 - $93,400
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field highly preferred or relevant work experience
  • Previous people management experience in a leadership role required
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices, Kaizen, TPM, and/or other methods of Continuous Improvement
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Previous experience with SAP preferred
