Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an Operations Production Supervisor in Victorville, CA to lead frontline manufacturing operations in a high‑speed beverage environment.

You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost while coaching a large production team on the floor. The role is a full‑time day shift with weekend/holiday flexibility, offering benefits from day one and a bonus program based on performance.

Job Overview

Operations Production Supervisor – Victorville, CA leads frontline manufacturing operations within a high‑speed beverage production environment. The role is responsible for driving results across safety, quality, delivery, and cost while developing and coaching frontline team members. The supervisor maintains a strong presence on the production floor, proactively identifying operational constraints, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring efficient, safe, and high‑quality production.

Shift & Schedule

This is a full‑time day shift position. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures a safe workplace and maintains a safety mindset in all activities.
  • Supervises up to 20 or more production employees and hires, schedules, and supervises full‑time and temporary staff.
  • Follows all policies, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Keurig Dr Pepper and the department.
  • Oversees process documentation, training program procedures and workplace cleanliness.
  • Ensures a quality product is produced and all quality processes are followed.
  • Works directly with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities on projects to improve quality, streamline efficiencies and reduce operating expenses.
  • Tracks productivity for shift efficiency and improvement.
  • Operates at or below the budgeted cost for production using lean manufacturing procedures and cross training.
  • Maintains adherence to inventory control procedures and inventory accuracy goals.
  • Performs quarterly and annual reviews for front‑line staff.
  • Reports food safety, quality and regulatory compliance and initiates corrective action.
  • Ensures safe, wholesome and quality product production with required trained designees.
  • Performs other duties as requested by management.
Aseptic Responsibilities
  • Lead daily aseptic production operations while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Coach and develop Leads and Operators, fostering accountability and engagement.
  • Coordinate daily activities with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and Sanitation.
  • Oversee CIP, SIP, COP, SOP, and production startup activities.
  • Drive performance through Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People metrics.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts during equipment downtime.
  • Monitor OEE, downtime, yield, labor efficiency and schedule attainment.
  • Facilitate daily VMB meetings, shift pass‑downs and operational reviews.
  • Lead RCA, RCCM, A3 and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP and company policies.

Compensation and Benefits
  • $70,500 – $95,000 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills and other factors.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment – food and beverage industry preferred.
  • High‑speed production experience.
  • Proven team leadership ability.
  • Strong safety, quality, and production knowledge.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems and understanding of TQM and tools for problem‑solving, decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, and demonstrated knowledge of productivity tracking.
  • Experience with SAP or similar system preferred.
