Job summary

Brose Sitech seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a safe, efficient manufacturing operation and meet targets for quality, delivery, cost, and people. You will plan capacity, manpower, equipment, and resources to meet customer requirements.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, create shift schedules, monitor KPIs, and resolve production issues with root-cause analysis. Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Standard Work will drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related systems (SAP, MES) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, efficient production operation and meet quality, delivery, cost, and people targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production operation while achieving targets for Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People
• Planning and managing production capacity, including manpower, equipment, and resources, to meet customer and business requirements
• Leading, coaching and developing employees to build a high-performing team
• Developing and implementing shift schedules and workforce plans to support production objectives
• Monitoring and driving key performance indicators (KPIs), initiating corrective actions to achieve operational targets
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving production issues, bottlenecks, equipment failures, and quality concerns through effective problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Promoting and leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and Standard Work
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborating closely with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, and Planning teams to improve overall production performance and ensuring on-time customer delivery

• At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related systems (e.g., SAP, MES) preferred
