Technical degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience, with demonstrated success in production leadership or supervisory role At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with leadership or supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related systems (e.g., SAP, MES) preferred
