Job summary

Brose Sitech seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a safe, efficient manufacturing operation and meet targets for quality, delivery, cost, and people. You will plan capacity, manpower, equipment, and resources to meet customer requirements.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, create shift schedules, monitor KPIs, and resolve production issues with root-cause analysis. Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Standard Work will drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical degree or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production-related systems (SAP, MES) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, efficient production operation and meet quality, delivery, cost, and people targets.
• Plan capacity including manpower, equipment, and resources to meet customer requirements.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Develop shift schedules and workforce plans to support production objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to hit targets.
• Identify and resolve production issues and implement root-cause analysis.
• Promote Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work) for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, and Planning to improve performance and on-time delivery.
