Your Opportunity: Navitor Specialty Products (a Taylor company) is hiring a Production Supervisor in North Mankato, MN. This position is ideal for engaging leaders seeking an opportunity to showcase their skills and grow!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive results by leading and coaching others; enforce systems, policies, and procedures
  • Develop staff through interviewing, selecting, and training employees, and help them find personal growth opportunities
  • Monitor workflow, observe equipment, maintain systems to produce high-quality, detailed products; help correct malfunctions and foster cooperation between departments
  • Work with Team Leads to schedule and assign personnel, set daily priorities, monitor progress, and report results
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Your Shift:

  • 2nd Shift: 2 pm - Midnight, Monday - Thursday; and 2 pm - 6:30 pm on Friday
  • Occasional weekend shifts as needed

You Must Have:

  • Excellent communication skills to share process changes and improvements with team and leadership
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience (coaching, managing team performance, employee development, process improvement)
  • Ability to move through the facility for up to 8 hours, monitoring staff, operations, and operating equipment as needed
  • Ability to occasionally lift materials weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Experience in a manufacturing facility

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Post-high school degree
  • Minimum of two years of leadership experience
  • Experience with web-to-ship delivery processes
  • Production or warehouse experience

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. The actual offer depends on various factors including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. This range is part of Taylor Corporation's total compensation package.
